Education, as the saying goes, is the key to future success. Though education is regarded as a fundamental right and a necessity for all, the current situation in Sri Lanka is appalling, with many children forced to drop out of school due to financial constraints.
Ashramaya has taken the initiative, with the assistance of sponsors, to provide educational opportunities for the betterment of these underprivileged children. We commit to providing Rs. 1000 per month for each student for up to a year (Rs. 12,000 per child).
